The Cedar Crest Society invites interest persons to apply for positions within our Community Inclusion Programs. These programs provide supports to individuals with a developmental disability.
We are seeking people who have experience or have an interest in the provision of services to individuals living with a developmental disability.
Full time and part time positions are available within both our Children and Adult Programs and offer competitive wages. Successful candidates who complete the probation period are eligible for a comprehensive benefit package including paid sick leave, vacation leave, extended medical, dental, vision care and an RSP matching program.
Strong oral, written, facilitation and interpersonal communication skills are required. Computer literacy including familiarity with common office programs is expected. Demonstrated teamwork and leadership skills with the ability to maintain the highest degree of confidentiality regarding families, individuals and programs is essential.
A valid BC Drivers License, a vehicle suitable for work and a criminal record check are required. Training in Non Violent Crisis Intervention or MANDT will be provided.
