Outreach Supports

The Cedar Crest Society for Community Living may support individuals to achieve or maintain independence in their own living choices.

Through a variety of programs, funded by Community Living British Columbia, people can obtain assistance to ensure they live as independently as possible.

Some areas we can help with include:

• Support in budgeting and banking
• Dealing with funding ministries
• Assistance in planning and attending medical appointments
• Grocery Shopping
• Access to Nutrition Planning
• Goal Setting
• Recreational Opportunities
• Maintaining good landlord / tenant relationships
• Personal Hygiene Needs
• As well as many other functions unique to the person.

People referred to our Skill Development, Outreach, Personal Supports Initiative and Individual programs would typically request these types of supports.
